Chest sizes available in the following sizes to suit roll diameter of 900mm, 1200mm and the massive 1600mm to accomodate all production needs.
Roll widths available in 3mtr, 3.3mtr, 3.5mtr and the huge 4mtr XXL models. Choice of rolls is also available in single roll, double roll and triple roll - throughput speeds of 20mtrs per minute up to 60mtrs per minute.
Optional choice of Heating in Steam or Gas Heated Thermal Oil.
Lapauw Chests are made of Thick Carbon Steel not Stainless Steel - Carbon Steel will never suffer from pitting that is predominant in Stainless Steel chest used by other brands.
Laupauw Steam heated chests have large steam chambers and will take a pressure of steam up to 15Bar. This means that your ironer will always give maximum volume of crease free linen with a professional glaze desired by Hotels and restaurants.
High performance exhaust fans and steam trap also contribute to the High Performance of Lapauw Flatwork Ironers.
Optional extras include 1-4 Station Feeders , 1- 4 lane folders with small piece collectors and multi stackers
